Positive Change Social Services

Positive Change evaluates eligibility and administers a variety of Social Service and Financial Support Programs to persons within the area and makes appropriate referrals to other service providers.  These services are provided to assist in meeting the basic economic needs of residents, promote self-sufficiency, assess/provide services to children and adults in need of protection, provide juvenile court services, and to coordinate and provide supportive care for elderly and disabled persons.

Today, the administration of our programs for the welfare of its people is the primary responsibility of Positive Change Social Services.  Such appeals may be also made if benefits are canceled or modified or if a client is otherwise adversely affected by determination of Family Support Division in the administration of its programs and services.
